Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKDC, UBE2V2, and RPF2. Each is linked with TGS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGS1-to-partner and partner-to-TGS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGS1 versus PRKDC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
