Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGOLN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGOLN2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TGOLN2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGOLN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where TGOLN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
