Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGOLN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,929 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGOLN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL6, SPR, and PCYT1A. Each is linked with TGOLN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGOLN2-to-partner and partner-to-TGOLN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGOLN2 versus RPL6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGOLN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGOLN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
