TGM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,482 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A11, NLRX1, and ZNF185. Each is linked with TGM5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM5-to-partner and partner-to-TGM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGM5 versus S100A11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
