Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHITM, COQ3, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with TGM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM5-to-partner and partner-to-TGM5 results are reported.
