The most reproducible TGM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, GAPDH, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with TGM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM5-to-partner and partner-to-TGM5 results are reported.
