TGM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OR2T35, and NPHS2. Each is linked with TGM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM5-to-partner and partner-to-TGM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by TGM5-low versus TGM5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
