TGM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMPPA, RN7SL607P, and RAB43. Each is linked with TGM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM3-to-partner and partner-to-TGM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMPPA grouped by TGM3-low versus TGM3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
