TGM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,061 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCP2, GLO1, and SECISBP2. Each is linked with TGM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM3-to-partner and partner-to-TGM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGM3 versus SCP2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
