TGM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSN2, CEACAM4, and OR13C5. Each is linked with TGM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM3-to-partner and partner-to-TGM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSN2 grouped by TGM3-low versus TGM3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
