TGM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,206 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, S100A2, and SCEL. Each is linked with TGM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM1-to-partner and partner-to-TGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGM1 versus ZNF185 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
