TGM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,695 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECTD2, PTK6, and BMF. Each is linked with TGM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM1-to-partner and partner-to-TGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGM1 versus HECTD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
