TGM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,121 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1273C, OR4C49P, and ZWILCH. Each is linked with TGM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM1-to-partner and partner-to-TGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1273C grouped by TGM1-low versus TGM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
