Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleocytoplasmic transport, Negative regulation of RNA catabolic process, and Post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with TGM1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM1-to-partner and partner-to-TGM1 results are reported.
