TGM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, CCL21, and ADIPOQ. Each is linked with TGM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGM1-to-partner and partner-to-TGM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by TGM1-low versus TGM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
