Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGIF2LX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGIF2LX data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher TGIF2LX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGIF2LX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, HNSC, and OV are the cancer types where TGIF2LX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
