Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGIF2LX mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGIF2LX data layer compared with 13 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TGIF2LX mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGIF2LX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where TGIF2LX mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
