Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF2LX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,677 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF2LX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere organization, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Cytokinesis. Each is linked with TGIF2LX in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF2LX-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF2LX results are reported.
