Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF2LX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGIF2LX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1A, MIR7155, and SNORD116-26. Each is linked with TGIF2LX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF2LX-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF2LX results are reported.
