Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TGIF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TGIF2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher TGIF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TGIF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, UCEC, and SCLC are the cancer types where TGIF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
