TGIF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, HCFC1, and SMC1A. Each is linked with TGIF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF2-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGIF2 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGIF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGIF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
