TGIF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGIF2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,327 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB43, PRDM11, and ELAVL1. Each is linked with TGIF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF2-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB43 grouped by TGIF2-low versus TGIF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGIF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGIF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
