Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,582 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FHL3, LARP6_S56, and SNED1. Each is linked with TGIF1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF1P1 results are reported.
