TGIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,422 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VMP1, YES1, and USP14. Each is linked with TGIF1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF1-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGIF1 versus VMP1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
