TGIF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,822 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MED20, SAP30, and HNRNPR. Each is linked with TGIF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF1-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGIF1 versus MED20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
