TGIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,018 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS24P14, RFKP1, and RPL21P43. Each is linked with TGIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGIF1-to-partner and partner-to-TGIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS24P14 grouped by TGIF1-low versus TGIF1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
