TGFBRAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBRAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBRAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, TSN, and C1orf35. Each is linked with TGFBRAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBRAP1 versus SSB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
