TGFBR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,266 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, APPL1, and TPPP. Each is linked with TGFBR3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR3-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR3 versus PPP1R12B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
