TGFBR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA8, HSPA9, and LETM1. Each is linked with TGFBR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR3-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA8 grouped by TGFBR3-low versus TGFBR3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
