Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,496 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFBR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR1, FAM110D, and PECAM1. Each is linked with TGFBR2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBR2 versus S1PR1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
