TGFBR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,075 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRR, SPATA5L1, and TADA2B. Each is linked with TGFBR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRR grouped by TGFBR2-low versus TGFBR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
