Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGFBR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,753 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T cell tolerance induction, Regulation of NK T cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of tolerance induction. Each is linked with TGFBR2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR2 results are reported.
