TGFBR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGFBR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC2A, PABPC1L2B, and RFX4. Each is linked with TGFBR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBR2-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC2A grouped by TGFBR2-low versus TGFBR2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
