TGFBI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,062 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS1, TNC, and PLOD1. Each is linked with TGFBI in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBI-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFBI versus THBS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
