TGFBI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFBI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBI-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP56, VDAC2, and FN3K. Each is linked with TGFBI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBI-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP56 grouped by TGFBI-low versus TGFBI-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFBI→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFBI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
