Across TCGA cell cohorts, TGFBI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,146 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFBI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Angiogenesis, Wound healing, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with TGFBI in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFBI-to-partner and partner-to-TGFBI results are reported.
