TGFB3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,424 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, RCN3, and CCDC80. Each is linked with TGFB3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB3-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB3 versus PCOLCE in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
