TGFB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,647 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, IGHD3-22, and ATP5PDP3. Each is linked with TGFB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB3-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by TGFB3-low versus TGFB3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
