TGFB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFBI, PPP1R18_S224, and C1QC. Each is linked with TGFB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB1 versus TGFBI in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
