Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,736 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHBA, FCGR2A, and SPARC. Each is linked with TGFB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB1 versus INHBA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
