Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,131 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TGFB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFBI, RCN3, and FN1. Each is linked with TGFB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFB1-to-partner and partner-to-TGFB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFB1 versus TGFBI in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
