TGFA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKK4, CDKN1B, and EEF1B2. Each is linked with TGFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFA-to-partner and partner-to-TGFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TGFA versus DKK4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
