TGFA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TGFA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TGFA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6131, RNY3P11, and RNU6-1261P. Each is linked with TGFA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TGFA-to-partner and partner-to-TGFA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6131 grouped by TGFA-low versus TGFA-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TGFA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TGFA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
