TG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TG protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,191 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOR1_S999, NFRKB_T499, and LTBP1_S1512. Each is linked with TG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TG-to-partner and partner-to-TG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TG versus NCOR1_S999 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
