Across TCGA patient cohorts, TG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,352 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TG-associated genes across cancer lineages are POC1A, ZNF367, and SNRPD1. Each is linked with TG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TG-to-partner and partner-to-TG results are reported.
