Across TCGA patient cohorts, TG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, MSH6, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with TG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TG-to-partner and partner-to-TG results are reported.
