Across TCGA cell cohorts, TG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,048 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of amino acid biosynthetic process, COPII-coated vesicle budding, and Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with TG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TG-to-partner and partner-to-TG results are reported.
