TG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,987 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKD2, OR1J2, and TLE6. Each is linked with TG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TG-to-partner and partner-to-TG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKD2 grouped by TG-low versus TG-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
