TFRC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFRC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM83D, KIF23, and CCNB2. Each is linked with TFRC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFRC-to-partner and partner-to-TFRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFRC versus FAM83D in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
