TFRC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFRC protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,313 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFRC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, TFRC_S34, and NUP88_S517. Each is linked with TFRC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFRC-to-partner and partner-to-TFRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFRC versus EIF4G1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
